Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, what they do, how long they last, and how you can change your mind at any time. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels (tiny transparent images used to record that a page or advert was loaded) and software development kits. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
First-party cookies are set by this website; third-party cookies are set by another organisation, such as an analytics or advertising provider. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. Your consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may set strictly necessary cookies without consent, but anything else requires your permission. When you first arrive we show a banner offering "Essential only" or "Accept all". Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is loaded until you choose. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key disimmarti-cookie-consent for up to 12 months.
3. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (always active)
- disimmarti-cookie-consent — local storage entry recording your banner choice so we don't ask again. Duration: until cleared, up to 12 months. First party.
- Security and load-balancing tokens — set by our hosting and content delivery provider to route requests and mitigate abuse. Duration: session to 24 hours. First party.
Analytics (consent required)
- Audience measurement cookies — count visits, distinguish returning from new visitors, and report which sections are read. Data is aggregated and used to improve page content. Typical duration: up to 13 months.
Advertising and attribution (consent required)
- Click and conversion tracking — set by affiliate and advertising networks so that a purchase made at the retailer can be attributed to this website and our commission calculated. Typical duration: 30–90 days.
- Campaign measurement pixels — record that an advert led to a visit, and help limit how often the same advert is shown. Typical duration: up to 13 months.
We do not use cookies to build sensitive profiles, and we do not sell the data they generate.
4. Cookies set by the retailer
When you click through to an offer page you leave this website. The retailer and its payment and analytics providers will set their own cookies under their own policies, over which we have no control.
5. Changing your mind
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the button below, which clears your stored preference and brings the banner back.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal and private browsing modes. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working properly.
6. Changes to this policy
As our providers change, this list may be updated. Please check back periodically. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
