Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms cover the website only — the sale of any product is a separate contract between you and the retailer.
1. About this website
Disimmarti publishes advertorial content: paid advertising presented in an editorial style, clearly labelled at the top of every page. We are not the seller of any product featured. We do not take payment, hold stock, ship goods or provide after-sales service.
2. Eligibility
The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Availability, pricing and delivery of advertised products elsewhere is not guaranteed.
3. Purchases from third parties
When you click an advertising link you leave this website. Any contract of sale is formed exclusively between you and the retailer operating the checkout, on that retailer's terms. Please review those terms, the delivery information, the price including any taxes or shipping, and the returns policy before you order. Our Return Policy page explains how returns generally work and what your statutory rights are.
4. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care to present advertiser material accurately, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Prices, discounts, stock levels and offers are controlled by the advertiser and may change without notice.
5. Reviews and testimonials
Testimonials, star ratings, customer counts and first-person narratives published here are supplied by the advertiser or drawn from advertiser-provided feedback. They describe individual experiences and are not a promise of typical results. Product images and animations are illustrative; colour, finish, dimensions and packaging may vary.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or for any harmful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, scan or test the security of the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape, mirror, frame or systematically extract content without our written permission.
- Do not introduce malware, or attempt to overload or disrupt the service.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
7. Intellectual property
All original text, design, branding, logos and graphics on this site are owned by or licensed to Disimmarti. Product media is licensed from the advertiser. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use; all other reproduction requires written consent.
8. Links to other sites
External links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Disimmarti is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this website or from any product purchased through a linked retailer. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Disimmarti against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you access the site is the version that applies.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
