Return Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Disimmarti is a marketing publisher, not a shop. Orders are fulfilled by the third-party retailer whose checkout you are taken to, and that retailer's own returns terms apply to your purchase. This page explains how the process normally works and what your statutory rights are in the United Kingdom.
1. Who you are buying from
Clicking a product link on this website takes you to an external offer page operated by an independent retailer. That retailer is the seller of record: it takes payment, ships the goods, issues invoices and handles returns and refunds. Disimmarti never handles your payment, never holds stock and cannot process a refund on the retailer's behalf.
Before completing a purchase, please read the terms, delivery information and returns policy shown at the retailer's checkout. Where those terms conflict with this page, the retailer's terms govern your order.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee
The advertised guarantee allows you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied. In practice the retailer will normally ask for:
- your order number and the email address used at checkout;
- the date you received the parcel;
- a short description of the reason for the return;
- photographs where an item arrived damaged, faulty or incomplete.
Once the request is approved, the retailer issues a return authorisation and a return address. Items sent back without authorisation may not be traceable to your order and may not be refunded.
3. Your statutory cancellation right
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel most distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This statutory right sits alongside — and is not replaced by — any commercial guarantee offered by the retailer.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
4. Condition of returned goods
Items should be returned complete, in a re-saleable condition and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop; if the value of the goods is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary, the retailer may deduct an amount from your refund. Garden stakes that have been used outdoors, soiled or planted may be subject to such a deduction unless the item is faulty.
5. Return postage costs
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: the retailer covers the cost of return.
- Change of mind: return postage is normally paid by the customer unless the retailer states otherwise.
- Original outbound delivery charges are refunded at the standard delivery rate; the cost of any upgraded or express service you chose is not refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been received.
6. Refund timescales
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Retailers typically process an approved refund within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods, and your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 business days to show the credit. Where you exercise the statutory cancellation right, the refund is due within 14 days of the goods being received back or of you supplying evidence of return.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
Report visible transit damage as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of delivery, keeping the packaging until the claim is resolved. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact the retailer to open an investigation with the courier.
8. Non-returnable items
Personalised or made-to-order items, gift cards and any item explicitly marked as non-returnable at checkout are excluded, unless faulty.
9. Getting help
Always contact the retailer named on your order confirmation first, as only they can locate your order. If you cannot reach them, or if you wish to raise a concern about the advertising on this website, email us at [email protected] and we will do what we reasonably can to point you in the right direction. Please include the page you visited and the date of your order.
